Door and drawer alignment, consistent reveals, hardware placement, soft-close operation on every hinge and slide, scribe and caulk lines at walls and ceilings (especially in older Boise homes), finish touch-ups, and interior accessory operation. Walk every cabinet, open everything, and look down sight lines where reveals show.
How our closeout works
We walk the punch list together at final walkthrough and log items in your client portal with photos. Items get scheduled, completed, and marked off in the portal, no hallway-conversation promises that evaporate. Warranty service requests after closeout flow through the same system.
Seasonal settling
